How We Work on a Roof With a Past
Most of the roofs we climb have some history. A second layer of shingles laid over the first. Flashing that got caulked instead of replaced. A vent boot that cracked years ago and got a dab of tar. None of that shows from the driveway, so we don't guess from the driveway.
Our 30+ years of roofing experience have mostly been a lesson in where trouble hides. On each visit we feel for soft decking underfoot, lift a few shingles near the valleys and chimney, and check the attic side for old water stains. We take photos and show you what we found, the good and the bad.
Then you get a straight answer. Sometimes a repair will carry the roof a good while longer. Sometimes the old patches are hiding rotted wood, and a new roof is the honest call. Either way, the estimate is written out with each part listed, so you can see where the money goes before you decide.

Old repairs get opened up, not covered over
If we find a patch, we look under it. Laying new shingles over a problem just moves the leak a few feet and a few years down the road.
Outdated parts pointed out plainly
Older homes often have too little attic venting, no drip edge, or bare valleys with no ice and water shield. We show you what's missing and explain which items matter on your roof and which can wait. When a job needs a permit, we pull it.
Work we stand behind
Our workmanship comes with a 10-year warranty. We also hold a BBB A+ rating, and we plan to keep it. That means doing the job right and picking up the phone if you need us later.
Your yard looked after
We cover plants along the walls and keep tarps down to catch debris. Before we leave each day, we run a magnet over the lawn and driveway for loose nails.
Where We Work
Spencer is home base. From here we cover the east side of the metro, including Midwest City, Del City, Choctaw, Jones and Oklahoma City, and we also take jobs in Edmond, Moore, Nichols Hills, Warr Acres and The Village. Spring hail and hard wind reach every one of these towns, so the wear we fix looks familiar: bruised shingles, lifted tabs and gutters pulled loose from the fascia.
