Terms and Conditions

Using This Site

This website belongs to Roofing Spencer, a roofing company working in Spencer, Oklahoma and the surrounding area. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website only. They don't cover any roofing work. That gets its own agreement.

General Information, Not Advice for Your Roof

What you read here is general. Older roofs especially can hide old patches, worn flashing or soft decking that no web page can predict. Every roof is different, so nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a price or a promise about your home.

To know what your roof actually needs, someone has to look at it. Call us and we'll talk it through.

How Work Gets Agreed

The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. There are no forms or online bookings here. Any job, its scope and its cost are worked out with you directly after we've seen the roof, and the terms for that job are the ones that count.

Our Words and Pictures

The text, photos and layout on this site belong to Roofing Spencer or are used with permission. You're welcome to read and share a page for personal use. Please don't copy our content to sell, publish elsewhere or pass off as your own.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We try to keep the information here accurate and current. Still, mistakes happen and things change. The site is offered as it is, and we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on it instead of having your roof looked at.

We also can't promise the site will always load, stay error-free or work the same on every device.

Oklahoma Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If a question about them ever comes up, Oklahoma law applies.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one. If something here isn't clear, a quick phone call is the easiest way to get an answer: reach us at (405) 977-0460 and ask.
